Coach Norm is a versatile coach and entrepreneur with a career spanning over five decades. He has served as a coach in various fields, including basketball and personal development. As the founder and CEO of EduNetwork Partners, he connects corporations with communities, families, educators, and students through educational marketing programs and materials.
Norm's work has earned him recognition as a Congressional Leadership Award recipient and as one of CNN's "Ten National Innovators" changing lives in America. Availability and Notice
I commit to be available, at the appointed date and time of our scheduled sessions. And, I ask that you do the same. If for any reason you must reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours notice so that I have some opportunity to fill the time slot with some other productive activity.
Coaching Timeframe
Coaching takes as long as it takes, and you can decide when the time is right to take a break from coaching. While the typical coaching relationship continues to add significant value to a client’s life over a 1-year period, I require no contract or written commitment for any specific period. However I do suggest you make a mental commitment, to yourself, for at least an initial 3-month period. This is a very good time frame to begin to see some of the major benefits from coaching. I also ask that you give me two week’s notice when you wish to take a break from coaching, so we can properly finish off anything we are working on.

What you say within our coaching relationship is completely confidential, and it will always be held in complete confidence, within the limits of the law.

Norm’s Spiritual Journey Combined with Religion for His Community
Here is a rare opportunity to hear Norm’s remarks and sermon as the D’var Torah speaker at Shabbat on Friday, August 15, 2025. As a respected elder in the Westchester Reform Temple, he was asked to interpret a passage from the Torah for the congregation. This presentation resonates with meaning and relevance during this very moment in our country.
Norm speaks to the meditation needed as the passage recommends obedience as an important virtue, but not blind obedience, but one based on values and truth. In the passage, Moses reminds the Israelites that safety and peace are not guaranteed by the military and might. In this lesson of leadership, Moses says they are not necessarily worthy because of purity, but instead preaches values of humility, living with honesty and, most of all, a willingness to grow. Norm speaks to opening your heart, eliminating cynicism and being aware of “hardening”. He advises softening and, most of all, listening. These concepts perfectly align with the Normanisms found in his book.
